TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to Katura Care Services LLC. By using our services or website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

  1. SERVICES PROVIDED

Katura Care Services LLC provides non-medical, in-home support services, including but not limited to:

• Companion care and supervision
• Respite care for family caregivers
• Assistance with daily routines and activities
• Non-medical post-recovery support
• Transportation to appointments and errands
• Emotional support and companionship

We do not provide medical care, nursing services, therapy, or medication administration.

  1. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients and/or their representatives agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information regarding care needs
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment for service providers
• Notify us of any changes in condition or service needs
• Ensure that all necessary arrangements are in place for scheduled visits

  1. SCHEDULING AND AVAILABILITY

Services are provided based on availability. While we strive to accommodate all requests, we do not guarantee availability for all dates and times.

Appointments must be scheduled in advance and confirmed by the Company.

  1. PAYMENT TERMS

• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed
• Accepted payment methods will be communicated prior to service
• Late or unpaid balances may result in suspension of services

  1. CANCELLATION POLICY

• Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee
• No-shows may be charged for the scheduled service time

  1. LIMITATION OF SERVICES

Katura Care Services LLC provides non-medical support only. We do not:

• Diagnose or treat medical conditions
• Provide clinical or behavioral health services
• Administer medications
• Perform medical procedures

If a client requires medical or emergency care, appropriate licensed professionals should be contacted immediately.

  1. EMERGENCY SITUATIONS

In the event of an emergency, we reserve the right to contact emergency services (911) or appropriate authorities to ensure client safety.

  1. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

While we strive to provide safe and reliable services, Katura Care Services LLC is not liable for:

• Injuries, damages, or incidents beyond our reasonable control
• Pre-existing conditions or health-related complications
• Loss or damage to personal property unless caused by negligence

  1. TRANSPORTATION SERVICES

Transportation services are provided as a convenience and are non-medical in nature.

Clients agree that:
• They are able to safely enter and exit the vehicle with minimal assistance
• The Company is not responsible for delays due to traffic or external factors

  1. PRIVACY

We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  1. TERMINATION OF SERVICES

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services at any time if:

• There are safety concerns
• Terms are violated
• Payment obligations are not met

Clients may also discontinue services at any time with proper notice.

  1. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
