REFUND POLICY
Katura Care Services LLC

Katura Care Services LLC is committed to providing reliable, high-quality, non-medical support services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may or may not be issued.

  1. GENERAL POLICY

Due to the nature of our services, which involve scheduled time, travel, and reserved availability, refunds are limited. Once services have been provided, payment is generally non-refundable.

  1. CANCELLATIONS (BEFORE SERVICE)

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled service may be eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future service.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may not be eligible for a refund.

  1. SAME-DAY CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS

• Same-day cancellations may be charged up to the full service amount.
• If a client is not present at the scheduled time (“no-show”), no refund will be issued.

  1. SERVICE DISSATISFACTION

If a client is dissatisfied with the service provided:

• The client must notify us within 24 hours of the service
• We will review the concern and may, at our discretion, offer a partial refund, service credit, or corrective action

Refunds are not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

  1. UNUSED TIME

If a service ends earlier than scheduled at the client’s request, refunds for unused time are not guaranteed and may be issued as a credit at our discretion.

  1. TRANSPORTATION SERVICES

Transportation fees are non-refundable once the service has begun. Delays caused by traffic or external factors do not qualify for refunds.

  1. PAYMENT ERRORS

If a payment is made in error or overpayment occurs, clients should contact us immediately. Verified errors will be refunded promptly.

  1. REFUND METHOD

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

  1. POLICY UPDATES

Katura Care Services LLC reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted with an updated effective date.
